You will need to:

1. Sign Up and complete your eKYC with us;
2. Fill in the required details based on the online form provided;
3. Get all your Shareholders and Directors to sign up and complete their eKYC;
4. Make sure that there is no outstanding with your existing Company Secretary.

What you need to prepare before making the switch:

1. Your Constitution or Memorandum & Articles of Association, if applicable;
2. Resolution of Resignation / Change of Company Secretary (do not worry, a sample can be downloaded);
3. Your Existing Company Secretary contact details.

Point to note:

1. It takes the completion of the switch depends on the confirmation and coperation of your cosec;
2. The confirmation timeline is usually within 14 days;

This price includes name reservation (up to 3 names) of your new Sdn Bhd and all downloadables Statutory Documents.

To incorporate a new Sdn Bhd, you will need to:

1. Sign Up and complete your eKYC with us;
2. Propose at least one (1) name for your Sdn Bhd;
3. Get the email addresses of your Directors and Shareholders;
4. Prepare the description of business of your Sdn Bhd;
5. Prepare digital copy of supporting documents, if required, such as license and approval letter;
6. Get all your Shareholders and Directors to sign up and complete their eKYC.

To be a director of a Sdn Bhd,

1. Be at least 18 years of age;
2. You are not an undischarged bankrupt;
3. You have not been convicted within or outside Malaysia of any listed offenses;
4. Not be disqualified under any other provision of the Act (e.g., by court order or due to other regulatory disqualifications).
